As of May 1, 2020, Dr. Mihály Schrancz, former Development Director of Property Market Real Estate Development Ltd., has been appointed Managing Director of the company. Dr. Bence Nádasdy will hold the position of managing director of the group's asset management company, Kopaszi Gát Ltd., from 1 May 2020.

With its residential buildings ’A’ and ’C’, handed over only a few months ago, BudaPart has been awarded the “Best Residential Development” Award. The developer of the quarter, Property Market, received in the “Residential Property Development” category, at the 3rd CRE Awards Gala organized by Europa Property. The award winners were announced on January 30th, at the InterContinental Hotel in Budapest.

In the 2019 competition of the Construction & Investment Journal (CIJ) Awards Hungary 2019, the BudaPart project was awarded in two categories with its residential buildings handed over this year. The buildings have been awarded the ‘Best Residential Development’ Prize, as well as the ‘Grand Prix’ Prize, awarded for the first time by the jury, to the best project in all development categories. The winners were announced on 11 December, at the CIJ Awards gala in Budapest’s Hilton Hotel.

The foundation stone of BudaPart, one of the most ambitious real estate development projects of Budapest, has been laid in a formal ceremony. The developer Property Market Kft. will start the construction of two residential buildings and an office building simultaneously.

Cushman & Wakefield international real estate advisor and Eston International are appointed with the leasing of Budapest’s newest and largest mixed-use development, located in the 11th South-Buda district, announced at a kick-off event for the major local leasing agencies. The two agencies will co-exclusively work together on the leasing of BudaPart office buildings.
