Beyond the long-time favourites by the Kopaszi Dam, a wave of new spots has recently opened at BudaPart, nestled between office buildings and residential blocks. One warm summer evening, we set off to explore what’s new – tasting everything from gelato and Chinese street food to pizza, and even catching a film at the garden cinema.

This year, for the first time, we are organizing the BudaPart Light Calendar, a unique advent game to make the holiday season magical in our district!

Pre-registration is now open for another 141 apartments in the dynamically expanding new district of Újbuda, located in the BudaPart. The BudaPart HOMES 'K' building, spanning 8 floors and situated next to the recently completed 2-hectare central park, awaits interested parties. Thanks to the location of the residential building, it is expected to be one of the most nature-friendly structures in the district, as it is not only close to the park but also within arm's reach of the Danube's Lágymányosi Bay.

The SHO BEACH BudaPart, Budapest's only natural urban beach, opens on 3rd July in the capital's new neighbourhood, BudaPart. The premium beach, located in Lágymányosi Bay, has high water quality, and besides swimming, it will also offer sporting facilities, culinary experiences, and a great variety of activities throughout the whole summer. There will also be plenty of activities outside the beach, in the BudaPart neighbourhood: Dürer Kert, the iconic event venue awaits everyone with concerts, an open-air cinema and the streaming of the UEFA European Cup. You can follow the soccer games at various places at BudaPart, and there will be another open-air cinema at Kopaszi-gát, starting in July.
