As of May 1, 2020, Dr. Mihály Schrancz, former Development Director of Property Market Real Estate Development Ltd., has been appointed Managing Director of the company. Dr. Bence Nádasdy will hold the position of managing director of the group's asset management company, Kopaszi Gát Ltd., from 1 May 2020.

The developer of the quarter, Property Market, received in the “Residential Property Development” category, at the 3rd CRE Awards Gala organized by Europa Property. The award winners were announced on January 30th, at the InterContinental Hotel in Budapest.

The buildings have been awarded the ‘Best Residential Development’ Prize, as well as the ‘Grand Prix’ Prize, awarded for the first time by the jury, to the best project in all development categories. The winners were announced on 11 December, at the CIJ Awards gala in Budapest’s Hilton Hotel.

Hungarian oil and gas company MOL laid the cornerstone for its new 120-meter, 28-story headquarters near Kopaszi-gát in District 11 in the south of the capital on Tuesday. The "MOL Campus," designed by Londonʼs Foster + Partners, will be the highest building in the capital once completed by 2021, MOL said.
