The shape of Budapest’s newest quarter is getting more and more clear: the delivery process of the next two residential buildings is in progress and the execution of BudaPart CITY has stepped into an impressive phase.

Following Property Market Ltd.’s developments and the execution of Market Építő Zrt., BudaPart CITY provides office spaces and other services on six floors, on almost twenty thousand square metres. BudaPart is often described with a state-of-the-art appearance; this year, the office building compliments the work of the Ybl prize winner architect studio Fazakas Architects LLC directed by György Fazakas.

The construction is currently ahead of schedule: the three-storey underground garage, the ground floor, the mezzanine level and the first two floors have already been completed, formworking on the third office-level pillars is currently underway, while on the basement levels and on the ground floor, the execution of masonry, mechanical and electrical work is already in full swing. The highest point of the building is expected to be reached in mid-autumn, and the developer will also receive the occupancy permit in June 2021.

Bayer Hungária Ltd., a multinational pharmaceutical firm was among the first ones, who signed a lease contract for a complete floor in the office building, on closely 3200 square metres and they will move into the new generation office building, which is going to be finished in 2021. The transaction was executed by Eston, co-exclusively commissioned by the property developer.

„BudaParty CITY brings a metropolitan vibe into the workplace: the quarter welcomes all the workers with a complex infrastructure and a unique, green environment. The office building hosts a large-sized restaurant and there will be a 700 square metres place for various upcoming services, therefore the quarter’s retail options will also include inside the building a stationery shop, a drugstore, a bookshop, a cafe, a post office and a showroom. Workers can thus accomplish their everyday duties easier and faster and the recreational possibilities are located right next to their workplace: they can arrange meetings, friendly dinners or even a refreshing run at Kopaszi Dam, in the neighbourhood of the Danube” – said Dr. Mihály Schrancz, Managing Director of Property Market.

BudaPart investment is going according to plans: three buildings have been handed over and the delivery process of two new residential buildings is starting this month. In 2021, besides BudaPart CITY, BudaPart Homes ‘E’ will be finished as well, followed closely by the central park of the quarter. This year the building of more offices, residential buildings and a hotel can be expected. Altogether, 15 residential buildings, 13 office blocks and a hotel will be built in the quarter.
