The pre-registration for the apartments of the ninth building has started on Budapart

2024-01-18

Pre-registration is now open for another 141 apartments in the dynamically expanding new district of Újbuda, located in the BudaPart. The BudaPart HOMES 'K' building, spanning 8 floors and situated next to the recently completed 2-hectare central park, awaits interested parties. Thanks to the location of the residential building, it is expected to be one of the most nature-friendly structures in the district, as it is not only close to the park but also within arm's reach of the Danube's Lágymányosi Bay.

The new building combines a treasury of innovative architectural and construction technology solutions that integrates with the established architectural character of BudaPart. However, it possesses a unique design language, material usage, and distinctive character. The building, equipped with a geothermal heat pump, features a renewable energy-based, individually adjustable heating-cooling system that is energy-efficient, environmentally conscious, and sustainable — a pioneering solution in these aspects within the BudaPart.

The characterful eight-story building houses 141 apartments, with its wings embracing a spacious inner garden. The new structure is being erected next to the 2-hectare central park, completed last fall, where amenities such as a dog run, community garden, and soon-to-be built multi-generational playground will serve the residents' comfort and facilitate safe, communal recreation. The proximity of the Lágymányosi Bay near the building offers additional opportunities for quality relaxation and rejuvenation.

The largest district development in modern Budapest is nearing its halfway point. In the latest phase of the BudaPart project, the focus is on developing transportation and communal spaces, further expanding the already diverse service mix. Currently, nearly 40 service providers, including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, and fitness centers, are ready to serve residents, workers, and visitors. This completes the concept of a "15-minute city," where residential buildings, service and commercial units, and workplaces in office buildings are easily accessible through pleasantly wide, "walkable" streets.

"We are currently in the seventh phase of the investment, starting the sales of the ninth residential building. With the four office buildings, and the Radisson business hotel opened in the fall, and existing services, we can function as a fully-fledged city district with still a lot of development potential," said Ákos Kiss, CEO of Property Market. To become a resident of BudaPart, various discounts and financing options are available to help individuals find their dream home or make an investment.
