Payment phase 1.:
For flat purchase prices below 50.000.000 HUF 2.000.000 HUF earnest money
For flat purchase prices above 50.000.000 HUF 3.000.000 HUF earnest money
Upon signing the registration agreement
Payment phase 2.:
20% of the purchase price of the purchased flat, parking space, storage room must be paid which is contain the earnest money.
Upon signing the pre-contract
Payment phase 3.:
80% of the purchase price of the purchased flat, parking space, storage room must be paid within 15 calendar days after the written offer of the Technical Handover.
